14.1 Informal Resolution

IF WE CANNOT RESOLVE A DISPUTE INFORMALLY, YOU AND GREEN LANTERN PIZZA AGREE TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTE THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, EXCEPT AS SET FORTH BELOW. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU AND GREEN LANTERN PIZZA ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.

Any arbitration shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Consumer Arbitration Rules, which are available at www.adr.org. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in the United States, and the arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

YOU AND GREEN LANTERN PIZZA AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION OR PROCEEDING SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND GREEN LANTERN PIZZA INDIVIDUALLY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER YOU NOR GREEN LANTERN PIZZA SHALL BE ENTITLED TO CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS, AND NO DISPUTE SHALL BE ARBITRATED ON A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE BASIS.
