5. Ordering, Payment Terms, and Pricing

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be fraudulent, orders where payment cannot be verified, or orders that cannot be fulfilled due to ingredient or supply shortages.

Delivery fees, service charges, and minimum order requirements may apply and will be disclosed at checkout prior to order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates only and are subject to change based on demand, weather conditions, traffic, and other factors outside our control.
5.4 Refunds and Cancellations

If you have a concern about your order — including incorrect items, missing items, or food quality issues — please contact us at [email protected] within a reasonable time of receiving your order. We will assess each complaint on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.
Order cancellations may be requested prior to the commencement of order preparation. Once preparation has begun, cancellations may not be possible and refunds may not be issued.

From time to time, we may offer promotional codes, coupons, or discounts. Such offers are subject to their own specific terms and conditions and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated. We reserve the right to revoke any promotional offer at any time in the event of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
6. Allergen and Nutritional Information
Green Lantern Pizza makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate allergen and nutritional information for our menu items. However, our food is prepared in a kitchen environment that handles common allergens including but not limited to wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and shellfish. Cross-contamination is possible, and we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free of allergens.
If you have a food allergy, intolerance, or dietary restriction, it is your responsibility to notify us before placing your order and to exercise appropriate caution. We are not responsible for any adverse health reactions resulting from the consumption of our food products. You assume full responsibility for any health risk associated with consuming our products if you have known or suspected food allergies or sensitivities.

These Terms do not limit any consumer protection rights that may be afforded to you under the laws of your state of residence. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any applicable consumer protection law, the applicable consumer protection law shall govern to the extent of such conflict.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services ("Dispute") informally by contacting Green Lantern Pizza at [email protected]. We will attempt to resolve the Dispute informally within thirty (30) days of receiving your written notice. If we are unable to resolve the Dispute within that period, either party may pursue other available remedies.

YOU UNDERSTAND THAT BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU AND GREEN LANTERN PIZZA ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.
Any arbitration shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Consumer Arbitration Rules, which are available at www.adr.org. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER YOU NOR GREEN LANTERN PIZZA SHALL BE ENTITLED TO CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS, AND NO DISPUTE SHALL BE ARBITRATED ON A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE BASIS.
14.4 Exceptions to Arbitration
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party's intellectual property rights, confidential information, or other proprietary rights.
15. Term and Termination
These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use our Services. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to:

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected] and requesting account deletion. Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations to pay outstanding amounts owed to us.
16. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email at the address associated with your account or by posting a prominent notice on our Website.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website, unless otherwise specified. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Terms. The failure of Green Lantern Pizza to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless specifically acknowledged and agreed to in writing by Green Lantern Pizza.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published by Green Lantern Pizza on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Green Lantern Pizza with respect to your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written, between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof.
No waiver by Green Lantern Pizza of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition, or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by Green Lantern Pizza to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
19. Force Majeure
Green Lantern Pizza shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, earthquake, storm, natural disasters, pandemic or epidemic, government actions or restrictions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes or strikes, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, supply chain disruptions, or any other event of force majeure.
