Pizza Cook
Join our kitchen crew and master the art of handcrafted pizza. You'll prep dough, build pies with our signature toppings, and ensure every order leaves the oven perfectly golden. This is the heart of Green Lantern Pizza — and we take it seriously.
What We're Looking For

- Prior kitchen experience a plus (not required)
Front of House / Cashier
Be the friendly face of Green Lantern Pizza. You'll greet guests, take orders, handle payments, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied. Your energy and warmth set the tone for the entire dining experience.
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing personality with great communication
- Comfortable operating a POS / cash register
- Ability to multitask during busy periods
- Customer service experience preferred
Delivery Driver
Deliver hot, fresh Green Lantern pizza to our loyal customers across the Brainerd area. You'll be the final link in our quality chain — representing our brand with every doorstep delivery. Mileage reimbursement included.
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Clean driving record (MVR check required)
- Familiarity with Brainerd/Crow Wing County roads
- Must be 18+ years old
Shift Supervisor
Lead our crew to success during daily shifts. As Shift Supervisor, you'll oversee kitchen and front-of-house operations, ensure quality standards, manage team workflow, and step in wherever needed to keep service running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of restaurant or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Calm under pressure in a high-volume environment
- Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
Seasonal Counter Staff
Looking for a summer job or weekend gig? We bring on additional counter and support staff during peak season (May–September) to handle the Brainerd lake-country rush. This is a great entry point into our team — many seasonal hires become permanent crew members.
What We're Looking For
- Energetic, customer-friendly attitude
- Availability on weekends and holidays
- No prior experience required — we train you
